Megan 17th June 2020

I only recently had the pleasure of getting to know Tom as a volunteer befriender, but I enjoyed our weekly chats. Tom had a keen sense of humour and I loved hearing about his antics in WWII where he set up shop on the banks of the Suez Canal. Tom was very community minded and seemed to be involved in as much of Windsor life as was possible - from building church halls and toilets to winning prizes for his allotments ( nothing to do with being on the committee he always stressed!) The devotion of all generations of Tom's family is a testament to the lovely man he was - I will miss him. Megan.
